MIDNIGHT MADNESS (MMSC44)

Happy Tuesday Folks!
I hope you all enjoyed a great weekend and are ready for another Midnight Madness challenge! I must apologize to the players last week, I did not get around to viewing all the cards that you made, but hopefully if time allows this week I will be able to!
Congratulations to all our Award winners this week.
Our Masterpiece award goes to

Our Remarkable awards go to

As you can probably guess, I had so much fun with this weeks sketch and with this sweet Precious Moments image. I loved using the pretty Spring colors, and trying to match the dp with the image. I even made a smaller image for the matching envelope!
As the envelopes are such a great size I decided to make an easel card and use this pretty pink rose which is quite thick, but there was no problem easily fitting this card into the envelope.

The inside of the card I decorated with coordinating dp and placed a tag card inside the pocket for writing your sentiments with ease. I duplicated the ribbon effect and added the little Thank you sentiment and popped up a butterfly for added dimension.
I have made my own 6X6 envelopes before but must admit when it came to folding them I had a few issues, I could never get them truly square. Now that I have Priscilla's envelope kit it all went much more smoothly and actually took me a lot less time!

I want to say a special Thank You to those of you who have sent your best wishes for my little boy. His surgery went well and he is at home resting. Your thoughts and prayers truly helped me get through it for sure!
Hugs,
Charlotte
