Now for my card...this week I decided to use one of my favorite Christmas stamps..I just love this little deer, bear and bunny stamp and enjoyed making this card. I dry embossed the background using my cuttlebug snowflake folder. Colored the image in prismacolored pencils and added some stickles to the holly and berries and some embossing powder for the snow. The image is popped up on foam to give dimension and the edges are chalked. I added some pretty flowers from Prima and some ribbon and there you have it.
So let's see what you can come up with this week. I can't wait to see all your beautiful creations.
Enjoy your day!
Hugs,
Charlotte

ReplyDeleteCharlotte, I just love your woodland creatures Christmas card. I have to agree with you that image is adorable and would easily be one of my favorites. I really like your choice of dp and embellishments. This card shouts "Merry Christmas" and I LOVE IT! Well done my friend!
ReplyDeleteCharolette, this is so amazing and gorgeous!! You've done such a pretty job with the sketch and I know I'm going to be playing along with you all this week!! HUGS
ReplyDeleteHi
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful card! Such a sweet and warming image. It really show the spirit of christmas; good friends in a warm hug. Thats great!
About my "steeling habits"; It is soon to be christmas, and Santa knows who has been good or bad. I really want a Cuttlebug machine for christmas, so I am beeing my best! No more steeling from this girl I tell you - oh no! ;o)

Charlotte! Look at the BEAUTIFUL card! This is simply stunning! I love the warmth of the colors, and you've colored this BEAUTIFULLY! I could stare at this card for hours, it's so darn pretty! The embossing is such a wonderful touch! I have a cuttlebug and I rarely use it, but you make me want to bring it out and leave it on my table and use it all the time now! :) Lovely ... this is just LOVELY!
ReplyDeleteWarm Hugs to you Charlotte,
Elise
