It's Tuesday folks and time for another Midnight Madness!
I seem to be only posting on a Tuesday lately, doing too much other stuff in and around the house to get much crafting done! Anyways, first things first, today we have to say cheerio to two of our guest DT ladies well it's actually more of a "see you later" as they won't be far away..or at least that's what they tell us! We have had so much fun with these two and the emails have just kept us in stitches time and time again. So to Pam and Brenda, Thank You both for blessing us these last few months with your gorgeous creations and your friendship! We will miss you on the team!
Congratulations to all our winners this week

My card this week is using an image from Sugar Creek Hollow. Isn't it just the prettiest pumpkin! I used some of the images from the Halloween selection including the flourish and pumpkin on my card then the owl and tree images on the little gift tags.
I found a great fall dp selection from DCWV for half price at Michael's, it has so many pretty fall colors and patterns that I will get to use it a lot for the upcoming seasons cards.
I colored the pumpkin in prismacolor pencils and chalks then added some stickles for a little shine. I then popped it up on foam squares for a little dimension. The sheer ribbon was layered several times then tied together under the flower.
This photo shows the two tags I made using the other images.
Very simple little tags that were cut with a spellbinders circle die and layered. A little ribbon and some gems and voila...they are done! Quick and simple gift tags.
I hope you take the time to check out my DT sisters creations and to play along with us again this week.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!
Hugs,
Charlotte
OMG Charlotte...I am smiling from ear to ear. Your card is just FAB...love the way you used the flourish. And the tags...what a cute extra. Thank you so much for doing these images justice. I love everything about them, but especially the BLING!!!

ReplyDeleteCharlotte, my goodness gracious girl, you have gone above and beyond the call of duty with these awesome creations showcasing Tracy's digi images this week. Your Pumpkin card is fantastic with all its beautiful details and your use of the owl and tree for the tags are fine pieces of work. Oooh, Tracy will surely be happy with you this week. I'll miss you guys; but, you can be sure, I'll still be playing the challenges every week!!

Charlotte, Love your beautiful "punkin'" and the little scallop tags you made to match! The only thing is...is it really so late in the summer that Halloween is on your mind. LOL
ReplyDeleteI love the beads and your special crafting.
Note: I guess it comes around every year, just like Christmas huh...
