Happy Friday everyone!!! Yay, it's almost the weekend. I hope everyone has had a good week and ready to enjoy the weekend. I'm excited because Arjan has a day off tomorrow so perhaps we can do something fun together as a family. He works so hard and so many hours so we really appreciate the time when he is not working!! The weather is gorgeous again here with an awesome breeze which of course is very welcome, as it helps to cool you down a bit!! As I'm looking out my window I see the palm tree fraunds blowing nicely, oh to be out on the boat on the ocean......maybe next weekend!!!Ok enough about the weather, yesterday I told you I was inspired with my Sugar Nellie stamps, so I decided to make a little gift box to go along with the card I posted yesterday. I covered the box with the DCWV whimsy paper and used the same embellishments to match the card. Inside the box I lined it with paper and around the sides I glued some lace and ribbon to finish it off nicely. I love how it turned out and think it would make a nice gift for someone special. What do you think?

hiya charlotte...hahahahah!!! you did cheer me up and yes i have tantrums big time.....its doing my head in too....oh they are enough to drive me to drink..so hitting the diet coke lol!!!! had a double.... caffine free of course......cause i dont drink....but was severely tempted......oh mojo mojo where for art my mojo i knew you so well.. heheheh....!!!!!.i tried to paint tonite..what a mess...suppose it could pass for abstract.....then the cat decided to walk on it and has pink paws...couldnt help having a titter........perhaps tomorrow i will regain my normal self..so heres to a good night s sleep thinking of palm trees and sunshine.....and your work is so stunning.i love that box...and adore the card....lovely of you to leave uplifting comments you certainly are a ray of sunshine hugs sassyxxx
